On April 10, TECa’s Prosperity Catalyst Clubs participated in the “Finding Your Purpose” conference at Harare’s Women University of Africa, sparking dynamic dialogue on youth empowerment and self-discovery. Attended by students, young entrepreneurs, and prominent Harare figures, the event featured inspiring speakers who underscored themes of confidence, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Highlights from the meeting included purpose driven insights from the guest speaker Mr. Sydney Mukonoweshuro urged attendees to embrace self-belief, prioritize problem-solving over instant rewards, and cultivate curiosity. “Your purpose lies in becoming a solution-finder,” he emphasized, linking ambition to societal impact. Mr. Bruce Hwenga stressed strategic relationship-building, noting, “The networks you forge today define your trajectory.” His call to action resonated as students and entrepreneurs connected with figures like Ms. Vimbai Butau, Director of MACYDO LEAD, who rallied youth to “dream boldly” and leverage her organization’s support for entrepreneurial ventures.

TECa’s Prosperity Club pitched their initiatives to speakers, securing interest in future partnerships. The club also saw a surge in student sign-ups, reflecting the event’s role as a springboard for innovation. The conference bridged academia and societal transformation, challenging attendees to convert skills into value. By blending motivational talks with actionable strategies, it ignited a ripple effect—proving that purpose thrives where passion meets opportunity.

A testament to youth potential, the event solidified TECa’s role in shaping Zimbabwe’s next generation of leaders.
