With proven economic and legal reforms, given its rich resource endowment and potential, Zimbabwe could become one of the most prosperous nations on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bold reforms include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a) Develop an online one-stop investment and taxation portal to bring convenience and access to regulatory processes and information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b) Re-align the countless and often conflicting business regulations and levies into fewer simple and progressive regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c) Unleash the ZIDA Act and allow only one institution to deal with investments to reduce bureaucratic obstacles<\/p>\n\n\n\n
d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Adopt the TECA recommended buffalo strategy of 2024: Make Zimbabwe Great Again by reducing government expenditure, realign taxes, seal revenue leakages, formalize the informal sector, promote savings, reduce risk and uncertainty on property and other rights by a strict adherence to rule of law and embrace artificial intelligence and research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
